The series is great.
Unfortunately, Amazon probably did not have the rights to offer the first two episodes in HD. Strange and sad.
My bad buy the whole season in SD was canceled by accommodating customer service. Now I could see the episodes in 1 + 2 SD and the other 3-10 buy again in HD.
Too bad that you can not hide the subtitles, they disturb me only.
