Use:
Initially javoue purchasing this tool because I am a geek of the worst kind. I really Navais of ideas of what it might serve me well and it took me a while to really harness the power of the tool.
I'm used to men:

2 / Make a backup of all data on my phone
3 / Share an Internet connection for which a fixed IP is imposed mavait (Wifi dun hotel)
4 / Centralize all photos taken by different people during dun marriage (it avoided my lugging my PC)

6 / Reload my phone and my Kindle
Unpacking:
The product comes in a box resembling very strong that most mobile phone manufacturers offer: well finished, well caulked, in a very thick cardboard.
Unpacking, found in the box:
- The Hub Wifi
- A USB-mini-USB cable for charging the built-in battery
- A manual in French (but also Spanish and Chinese)
The Hub is very light (130g) and is the size of a cigarette pack in much finer (12cm x 8cm x 1.3 cm). It is shiny white plastic gets crowded traces and light scratches.
On the front, there are four LEDs:
- A indicating the load (continuous green: fully charged battery, continuous red: less than 30% load, flashing red: battery almost empty, green flashing every 2 sec: charging, green blinking slowly appliance off)
- A indicating Wifi (blue flashing: Start over blue continues: wifi ready off: all other cases)
- A indicating the internet connection (green continues, connected)
- A indicating reading / writing to a removable media or wifi card reader mode when connected via USB (Blue continues: Successful connection memory, flashing blue: current read / write).
On the lateral side, there is a USB mini-which serves to recharge.
It accepts 1.5A, allowing at best to recharge the internal battery in 2.5 hours. Connected to a PC (0.5A), count rather 6am.
There is also the button that is used to switching on.
On the front side are:
- An SD card slot in which the card sinsere completely with a spring effect for the exit. The data transfer is done nearly to 3Mb / s
- A USB2 port for charging of a phone or reading / writing data to a USB key. During my tests, I have not managed to connect a USB key into "card reader" mode. By cons, Wifi it works very well (I even managed to read / write to a hard drive USB3 powered only by the USB port FileHub). The USB port delivers its current 1A, a charging your phone 2 times faster than connected to the PC but also 2 times slower than connected to a wall charger.
- A "reset" button quite useful to return to the originally a Factory configuration if you made a mistake in the WiFi settings chippotant
