The fan is very well made, there is plenty of accessories on, no power adapter plugs for SATA disks, only for IDE / ATA disks.
The attachment was hassle with the included rubber pins in the perforated rear wall. Alternatively, there are also screws in.
I was fortunate to have a 3-pin power connector on board, it stuck, finished. The fan is switched off with the standby.
The fan is completely silent! In the 80mm 1.000 variant, the air power is limited, the only fan comes the part of the question. Here one takes better to 120mm 2.000er variant.
My SATA drives have reliably leveled out at 41-44 degrees (55 degrees lt. Manufacturer okay). Before mounting the fan was sometimes even to 47 degrees high.
Overall: very positive part, I would buy again. It would make sense even settle an adapter for SATA power cable.
Therefore, 5 stars ***** and my buy recommendation for the above mentioned requirement profiles.
