The units are grouped into categories.
For each category and in each unit can be set whether to show up in the selection list.
Are displayed simultaneously always 3 (with action bar) or 4 (without action bar) units.
The keyboard remains always visible.
The number entry works, I feel but partly as non-intuitive:
Entered on the keypad numbers are appended to the current number, although this number was berechet from Convertor! This behavior irritated something intuitively I would expect that the field is empty when I start typing.
The Back button will delete the last digit. This also works with numbers that you have not entered yourself.
A long press on the Back button deletes the current number (sets the field to zero).
The output and input is possible in the form of fractions (eg 6 3/4).
I hardly use this, maybe that is useful for inch specifications.
The number of decimal places can be set permanently in the options.
By default, set the number of digits in accordance with the number of digits of the entered number. Clever!
I only wish the opportunity to enter your own units (although I do not many missing units are staying; o)).
Likewise, it would increase the clarity when the order of categories and units would be adaptable.
The number entry could mE something intuitive (see above).
A collapsible keyboard (or scroll) to display other units would be helpful.
An explanation of the units and terms of base units (eg, SI units) would be interesting.
A German translation, in particular the units would the app to crown.
This is but complain at a high level and jeopardize its five stars.
