Confusing product picture!

So in the end I wanted exactly the product, which you can see here on Amazon and this product I also got. Since it is working properly there is nothing to complain about here. However, the notes are very confusing at product images. But the reviews of other customers tap the buyer what he is finally obtained for an adapter plug. That sounds a bit like the lottery and has no place in a product description nothing. Therefore, only 3 stars, although the product is perfectly okay.
