With my iPad 2 running iOS 8.3 Air unfortunately is no connection possible.
In "Photos" always lights up only briefly "Import" then the contact between card reader and iPad aborts again.
Even a reboot, as recommended in the article description, has not helped.
Contact with the seller is unfortunately cumbersome. Under "Contact Seller" reached my request only Amazon (probably because they occur here as sender). Unfortunately, Amazon can not provide technical support. The mail address of Phone-Star I had to ask awkward on the Amazon Hotline. Unfortunately, I then get on Phone-Star not answer my mail.
So I can not find out if my combination fundamentally a problem, or did I only get a defective device.
After all, the return is not a problem.
