After my negative review, the company Anker has reported via e-mail to me.
The customer service of anchor regrets exceedingly that there are problems with the device and sends me
quickly a replacement to. The defective equipment I need not return.
Note 1 for Customer Service !!!! Very good!
If the new device is working properly, I will change the rating accordingly.

The new device works einwandfrei..scheinbar I bein the first time caught a Monday device.
Therefore I changed the rating to 5 stars.
