Since my purchase, I have (of course) dealt intensively with the tablet and want something to go into detail here.
Display
The display is large class. For an LCD, the colors are really tired and contrast, on 9 ", the high resolution a really great picture! As already noted, the viewing angle is very stable. At the highest brightness can be seen minimal halos at the bottom in dark images, what I but would certainly not refer to the extent to be disturbing. And that criticized Clouding I can not confirm with my device.
Processing
The processing does not fall on great. This can be both positive and negative classify. If you take an iPad in hand, you just have this premium feel in the styluses. The Nexus 9, however, is solid. The metal strip the plastic back is außenrum complacent, a matter of taste. The matte finish is unfortunately quite susceptible to smears and imprints, as a case should help. My only complaint with the housing, the buttons, so the power button and the volume rocker. The are a bit fiddly and have almost no tactile feedback.
Sound
HTCs Boom Sound has made powerful mood in M8. At Nexus 9 ... Meh. Not really bad, but there is a certainly not the WOW! Effect of the One M8. Something strange because you would have a purely physical in Tablet little more space can be used for a better sound volume. The stereo effect comes across well, voices are clear, albeit minimally occupied. Volume is perfectly okay. Sound via the jack is very good.
Accumulator
The battery was empty on the first pass after 6 intense hours. No wonder endurance, but goes for passage 1 in order, should after a few charging cycles certainly give a little more.
Power
As one might expect, Android L in combination with the new nVidia Tegra K1 ensure smooth work and play! I would have still preferred a more gigabyte RAM, so a good piece could keep apps in the background a little longer!
I stay at the 5 stars for R the Nexus 9, because it's fun to take a good piece in his hand and get started!
