I am particularly disturbed at this casein consistency. Of course I do not expect in a casein powder consistency of whey, but it should at least be possible to prepare the casein in the shaker with milk. This is not the case here, it formed large clumps (300ml milk / 1 scoop casein).
Next I found comical piece in the powder, which are rock hard. I have no idea what they are doing. Shall be the chocolate chips ?! Did it bite times - indestructible and without taste.
The powder I use currently only in the 50/50 mix with hazelnut Whey branded Scitec Nutrition. So I get no lumps and the consistency is good. The whey is highly recommended as opposed to the casein.
