The toothpaste whitens teeth actually by one or two levels on - the effect turned out with me within one week. However, I would advise against it to use this toothpaste solely because it does not contain fluoride and thus offers no effective protection against caries. With exception of the Stiftung Warentest all fell through toothpastes without fluoride. Therefore I use morning and evening another toothpaste and use these lunch. In addition, my teeth are the Splat Blackwood sensitive to cold - which is why I also do not want to use too often.
