Yes, it is with the best 7 "tablet -Android with a good screen resolution.
But
- It connects to only slowly and reluctantly to the WLAN (Standard Fritz! Box). In only 10% of cases it work right away. Otherwise always on / off .....
- The touch screen is bad just at the edge in the reaction
- Support When I am waiting since 2 weeks to reply

Can I therefore not recommend ...
