These silicone molds have solved the problem.
Even if these are not greased (as indicated), the pastry dissolves out of it easily.
Cleaning is a breeze. I knead the molds after use simply with many detergent and then rinse it off with water. From a cleaning in the dishwasher I would refrain. As they fly unnecessarily around in the area and are in danger of landing at the bottom of the heating elements, which if you're made of silicone is not exactly life-prolonging.
To use without the muffin baking tray I can not comment, because I use the ramekins only in combination Natin with the sheet.
