First, the background: I have long been looking for a reasonably KVA, where I wanted to move in the price range up to 350. Especially in this area many models are available with mediocre reviews, which is understandable in view of the price scale somewhere. I have explained myself in preparing intensively with reports, forums and videos in order to make the best decision.
Of course, are always the same suspects emerged: ESAM 3000B, Odea Go, Melitta Caffeo Solo, Saeco Incanto and this ECAM 22110B.
The decisive factor for the ECAM 22110 gave that Delonghi just offering a free extended warranty to three years (the cup reference number was not increased) and I have found the instrument in a well-known member of the Metro Group for 349. After I have written twice on the Amazon Preismitteilundfunktion and in person because of the difference in price and no adjustment was made, I bought the machine in MM.
The ESAM 3000 B was too purist who, when you see Odea Go times in natura, is shaky plastic, the Melitta Caffeo solo would have been the alternative, but has no Milchaufschäumdüse, or cost so much more and came Incanto at the reviews not so good way, because the brewing unit holds probably not very good.
I have the ECAM 22110B intensively looked at the store and then made the decision.
Unpacked home is immediately apparent that the Delonghi accessories was not stingy ... as a water filter and the first Entkalkungspack are developing a water hardness tester and a teaspoon. The machine is well secured and protected all important visible parts in the film.

A key point is that you follow the instructions for first time !!! One should also note that the machine needs a leave of a few cups until the optimum results come, the same applies to the setting changes.

What is the quality of the coffee of course depends on the beans used and the set grinding degree (15 steps) and the entered quantity (silberndes wheel in the middle of the machine) from. Well, was important to me that the machine can also be used in the morning without getting a hearing loss. Since I have no comparison models, I can adjust the volume only relatively designate: manageable to silent! Thus, the brewing process succeeds perfectly, the machine provides several configuration options in addition to said grinding degree and amount of coffee: they are not immediately recognizable, but to refer to the manual. So you can go to the water hardness measurement of the machine to tell the degree of hardness, raise the water temperature, the automatic shut-off time set, etc ... nice !!!
What's left to say? The Milchschaumdüse I tested and was really impressed ... worked great, frothy milk was remarkable. The machine makes after the start and before shutting down a flushing operation, where you also can to start manually.
The discharged water is collected by the collecting tray that displays with a red float, when it is full. When one pulls out, is tantamount also the pulp container with out. Overall, so far only two negative aspects I noticed:
