Yes ... we say the "great progress" ... but it is a VERY great course ..parce that with practice as described in this book you are forced to make good food and not only .. the basics are there, the key is there is there ... ..l'indispensable Damage, however it is a bit heavy .. but you can not have such authority in a paperback !!!
