this is my first review on Amazon and it also has a reason:
The Razorcopter's been a really great part by our son, playing together with the other Agent accessories often like. Put unfortunately not from the beginning because when Santa this desire gift under the Christmas tree he could not imagine that this aircraft was defective Yes! We were of Playmobil so far not used to. After assembly, we discovered: The left rotor did not turn! Here obviously was a problem with the injection mold for the rotor was totally warped.
What to do? Our son was really disappointed - so quickly an email to Playmobil and behold: Very fast friendly response and free delivery of two (right and left) the new rotors. Oh, the joy was great! Finally the Razorcopter works - but what was that? It amounted to no sticker! The we had already stuck with the original structure. Well then - even an email and lo and behold again fast and friendly contact and free delivery of the stickers.
So the service at Playmobil is really great!
And thus we would not hesitate to buy again Playmobil.
4 stars only because there is a defective rotor at Playmobil must not occur. We are talking here not so cheap from China toys but of high-priced quality toy and as part of an ordinary final times now with this ...
