The fan is a large AV Receivers additionally cool what works in moderation as well. The air stream is generated, but
rather weak and the unit runs fairly quiet. The large rubber pads little running noise being transferred to the device to be cooled. If you have cool real hotheads should consider two Cooler but equal.
