The negative point is that the shaker has only 400ml capacity. For most shakes are needed up to 350ml of milk or water, there remains in this Shaker not to shake the mixture creamy much space. I have it with 300ml (much less now goes really not) and tried different varieties used (Power Bar, Body Attack, the sport). None of these shakes were even close creamy as I am used to from other shakers. I think it is up to the small capacity, therefore only 3 stars.
The Shaker is probably now also available with 600ml. Perhaps we should rather try this.
