Conclusion: If you are on a very strong coffee can be accessed with no regrets here. Who can do without the crema or a milder coffee would go and buy a jug without valve. Is in my opinion much better, both price and taste, as a as a fully automatic (which of course also a matter of taste)

have now, after some time the rotation with the Crema finally out. Have tried several coffee brands and varieties. Currently I have many opinions entegen Lavazza Crema e Gusto it, super results with Illy (100% Arabica) and IZZO silver (95% Arabica Robusto 5%) can erziehlen. 1. I always use filtered water (Brita water filter)
2. I fill the water up to about 3mm below the mark on
3. Fill hopper not full to the brim, but up to about 1 o. 2 mm below the rim

5. As soon as it pops provide
6 just before or as soon as only blow the hot air with the thick comes immediately in the Esspressotassen fill (these cups are best because they are thick walls also something close by and in the crema is dammed something).
7. according to need can also again the pot between 1-3 sec. Spots on the plate to even generate a little extra-crema. This crema is then, however, a little coarser and not so fine.
