Cups not ready! Age model -Inside & lid = White

The green cup was ordered. In the photos the newer model is displayed, however, comes the "old" version in white, only the outer cup is green! On demand of the exchange was only replied that all cups are white inside and have a white cover.
However, this is not so, because another cup in Pink I bought with another provider and was displayed just like in the photos!

I'll keep him now but, still no correct description and false photos!

Here is the email communication:

I would like to exchange the cup, because this is not like the pictures even inside green, but white with a white lid. I need the newer version, as pictured in the photo.
Should they not have disen in their stock, so I want to give him back.

Articles have a white cover and the inside is white.
