This book deals with memory, designs that we had in the course of history, and techniques relating thereto (mnemonics, etc.). Each describes a step back from this story, and each illustrates the front, often not seen documents or illustrations. This is a beautiful set, whose cover recalls, however, more academic books beautiful books. The strangeness comes from elsewhere this book. This is a very dictatique book, easy to read and well illustrated on a subject finally little "consumer" under the guise of an academic book. It is curious as positioning, but that said, I find that the theme and its treatment are quite interesting. Ultimately, this historical approach allows to become familiar with the latest designs around the memory.
