Update 1 from 02.25.2014: until noon today again no answer to my case. I called the hotline and gave my case number by. Update 2 from 3.3.2014: renewed call for absence of any reply to emails. The GoPro lady tried to explain to me that I would be the camera not load properly. Update 3 from 07.27.2014: after ten days now arrived at the second exchange camera.
