The stove is indeed top but the customer service is very very bad. Customer service is outsourced with an expensive No. 01805. After about 1 year of cooker is broken. Technician was indeed after 3 days on site. Spare parts have been through it have been appointed (ceramic hob, switches, etc ...) After 5 weeks, no repair. Customer says just been appointed. My tenants have 2 small children we have no stove. Amazone has recommended to me the warranty by the manufacturer to handle because Amazon had delivered after 4 weeks a new stove. Well I should have let it govern by Amazone.
