Our Penguin showed after 6 years first signs of fatigue. As a new gasket must be found - we thought. If you anfraagt ​​customer service, repair of 9.90 is offered after the warranty period. Already accommodating!

After about 2 weeks our Soda Stream returned by mail. And what a surprise: he was completely replaced! Now we have a brand new Penguin for 9.90 !!!!

We are delighted with the customer service!
