When you have a little experience, it takes about 2 hours to mount. Observe the instructions for every detail otherwise it's mounted upside assured ... I find that the rails are slightly sliding ... As for the glue, it's simple and fast and it s' went well on all drawers except one where it does not take but that's because I put a lot of weight in that drawer there ... I would have preferred a normal screw to secure this part anyway. .it's a bit annoying because if you run out of glue, even if there are two small tubes and a coward drawer thereafter, you are good to get out of the glue ...
