The damping characteristics of the ear plugs are pretty neat. Allerginds the plugs cause me an unpleasant feeling of pressure in the ear canal. In addition, they dissolve when talking or chewing, and then close no longer safe from - which is probably due to the anatomy of my ear canals and other Andwendern not so much Aufritt.
