Now to downgrade the attachment ... is virtually a normal wooden clothespin
with a slightly different design wire spring. While this looks original, but by far
not enough force to clamp the bird on the corresponding wall aging wooden along with the long cable.
Although wall holder and clothespin have a bore and through a metal bolt with
Safety pin interconnected but it is too long, so that the dove still tilts backwards.
I have solved the problem by the underside of the metal bolt a plastic tube (a piece of dowel)
have plugged before I have the safety pin inserted through the bolt. Now the clip does not "play" more
and the bird does not tilt more backwards.
Alternatively you can also screw the bracket at an angle to the wall, then the bird sits and just.
Thus, the total bit shaky and weak suspension lasts a long time, I have also the cable with a
Cable clamp strain relief.
The end result pleases me now, although I would have expected a more stable suspension in the price. But designers
are probably not a structural engineer ;-)
