DOA - Dead On Arrival.
Due to the rather positive reviews I got my keyboard for my Nexus 7. As usual in such matters, the battery of course was not full, which is not a criticism. So I wanted to charge it via USB.
Here was already the Micro USB connector is defective. Charging only if you kept the cable somehow. Probably a loose connection.
