I had the equipment 2 months, and could not complain so. Top TV. Only I could look after 2 months no longer on my receiver and Blu Ray's I could not look. Luckily the TV has an antenna connection. I then sent the TV for repair and could then 2 1/2 weeks look out the window. From the repair service I have heard nothing at all one week. Neither they have a mail written nor called if the TV is ever received. Because you could still take care of yourself so you even get some information. I can only advise to send any defective equipment for repair. At best the defective unit back and buy a new one. Then you do not ever look out the window at least !!!
