DVD player was bought 4 months ago and has all 10 DVD's kept. That's not so bad ..... is still warranty on it. So contacted the manufacturer Samsung. Result => You are welcome to send us the defective items. Shipping and handling go at my expense. Basically not bad. 5.90 EUR DHL and from it. Yes, if it were that simple. Samsung wants the items do not get sent within Germany, but tells the bewildered consumer an address in the Netherlands. A small DHL package costs because already 15 EUR. Thus, almost half of the cost. I think all you need to Samsung service not to say in case of warranty.
