I have successfully written with the pen in 8 months 130 A5 pages. From the page 131. I could no longer be transferred to the iPhone App my transcript, since apparently the photocell no longer worked. The advertised OCR text recognition is also unusable. Livescribe sends only useless automated troubleshooting tips.
Overall, I with accessories 180 EUR for a pen paid, which creates a PDF Transfer of the writing by app. Each DIN A5 page has thus cost 1.38 EUR. For a fraction of the cost I could take a picture of my notes with an app.
