delicious and creamy

For three weeks, I will contact with protein shakes against the winter kilos.

The Layenberger 3K chocolate coffee (espresso was previously Cioccolata) is by far the best tasting and creamiest shake!
I Stir it with semi-skimmed milk and half water and then shake it to the cup.
The result is super creamy, no lumps, null mealy and tastes fantastic and not too sweet.

Saturation works well because in a favorable Shake the drugstore I was too early before noon hungry again. It was a diet drink !?

The composition is very good by 80% protein, and the low proportion of carbohydrates and fat - he even has a few Ballststoffe yet.
