The coconut blossom sugar from Lotao is already an absolute pure taste experience. Looks a bit like cane sugar, but tastes like caramel and this variety with ginger and fresh lemon and only mildly spicy, as you might expect it in ginger actually. As an allrounder, I would always recommend the originating coconut blossom sugar, who, however, just as winter approaches a slightly different note in the tea like that will come along well with Ginger Kiss.
