Tastes delicious, but only when cocoa comes

Had bought the Chocomel because of good reviews and to sometimes try cocoa in my Senseo. Unfortunately, I have the Probem (previously at 70% of the inserted pads) that instead of cocoa only slightly colored water comes instead cocoa from my Philips Senseo Quadrante. So I have the pad by hand and all four engravings again started the process, and lo and behold ... it was cocoa. The problem must be at the pad holder, because I have my Senseo Quadrante already tried some other pad holder and in this everything is working properly. Despite the faulty pod holder I would buy the Chocomel again because the cocoa just tastes too delicious.
