These are to a very high quality multi-component protein, you had best take going between meals or before going to sleep. Directly after training or after getting one takes better a pure whey protein. The nutritional values have here a very high protein content at the same time with little fat and sugar. In addition to the top levels of the delicious and creamy taste I was very surprised in water. So a creamy result in water I had up to this point actually only Iron Maxx, but which has much lower values. Stracciatella tastes like stracciatella and is with small pieces of chocolate in Shake a real highlight in the daily protein intake!
Only the price can be a reflection. But rather spend a little more for 100% satisfaction, choke down as savings and a nasty Blörre ;-)
