By div. Infomercials on TV, I was on pans with ceramic coating "sharp"! Alleged advantages: great frying results despite low fat addition and ease of cleaning with crepe or under running water. Also to the ceramic coating in comparison to other, eg Teflon, to be very robust and resistant.
DC on coating: here I can give no testimony for about 5 weeks. But: I use generally in all pan or similar materials only pan wooden cutlery, plastic
Also "fry" I all my pans a before first use. In other words: the first time is just pure fat, usually I take olive oil, heated in the pan. With a silicone brush the hot fat is distributed in the pan up to the edge of the socket, so the Pfannebratfläche sealed in principle with fat. I leave the pan to cool, the fat when almost cold remove and wipe the pan with paper towels.
Previous judgment: all my ideas bezügl. Taste, color, uniform heat distribution and very easy cleaning are fully met.
Examples: sausages are pierced and now fried without fat
Cleaning after frying a fried egg: running water and afterwards wipe with crepe. Clean it is again!
