Excellent cookbook, and more, without milk and gluten! which does not prevent to book contact everyone, allergic or end gourmets in search of new recipes. What I liked the most is the accessibility and simplicity of the book well presented recipes (ingredients, photo, text), delicious and varied (pancakes, biscuits, cakes, desserts ...). Everything makes you want! Example: pancakes with rice flour and chestnut, a real treat. Editions of The Beach have released there a book that is worth trying.
