The delivery went very fast. I was initially a bit suspicious because of the taste, because it is mixed only with water, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Tastes in my opinion much better than protein products. It tastes of cocoa. Another advantage to high-dose protein products is that I do not get more pimples from the Muscle Up :)) Despite rigorous exercise no / only slight muscle soreness the next day.
