This is a rather general problem to have to be addressed. When we buy products other than CD book, or DVD Market Place, it is product which, generally, their size can not be put in a mailbox. the seller uses a specialized delivery company, often very expensive. I will mention no, they are all as bad. They claim nor the access code to the building or the mall or the phone number of the buyer. Delivery is more random. Several times and on different occasions, including this one, it is by asking the seller (once the delivery exceeded) that I "knew that the product was purchased in a relay point of delivery. Conditions work delivery staff are such that they do not care to completely prevent the buyer (this I was told abruptly by one of them, and that in any case any claim would be useless.)
