.. Have been used in a digital radio SANGEAN-WRF28D. Were detected and loaded. Seem to do a good job. Hours of wireless radio possible. I think you should wait 6 months or more.
Addendum Dez.2014: Radio often in use, whether DAB, WiFi or FM, the batteries should last a long time, no degradation evident
