I bought the device in a set with two batteries. First, it proved to be quite good, albeit with less charging power. But then broke off one of the retaining tabs on the battery, which external charging is no longer possible. The defect is not an isolated case: the set with the same device is repeatedly reported. Since the little device cheap and despite defect via the USB socket after all, is still benützbar, there's still 2 points. Too bad, because it was so far the only, not over-priced way to charge the batteries for the Note 2 and externally.
Addendum 09.01.2013: now I was able to help me because of the broken retaining tab itself: simply be glued the side bolsters of the battery holder with a little scotch - so even without holding's tab. So yet again one more point. Only one point because the batteries in the meantime both are swollen. Although they are both still usable - but for how long? And above all, they ruin my expensive smartphone when they burst? I'll dispose of the safe side.
