Designed by technicians who are never in the kitchen

We have the power now for over 4 months and so far it worked fine with the Micro Grill, which reheating, defrosting and grilling is concerned. Unfortunately, the device has a design defect, it was devised by technicians and constructed that never or rarely work in the kitchen with it. Anyway annoys us until today almost every time that you can microwave door only two hands to open and close. The shut-off (so that the door does not of itself rises again) is so stiff that you have to hold the microwave with your left hand, if you press the right hand button to open the door. If you are not holding the device and, for example, in the left hand has a plate or a frozen dish that you want to heat up, which means that you push the entire unit to the rear. But the door does not open! So you have only once again the dish or the TK-court settle open door with both hands and close it again and then we go. It's annoying and shows once again (as with many other kitchen appliances) that engineers and technicians is little worry about the practical suitability of equipment in everyday use. Therefore, only 1 star.
