Installation was fast by the hand and brought no surprises. The effect after the new installation was terrific. Suddenly the system is running wonderfully nimble and the noise level is low ghostly. SSD is just generally a wonderful thing!
What I find in this device particularly well compared to the Crucial disk that I've bought parallel, the software offerings. Once I use on my notebook for years Norton Ghost for backup and the included license and Ghost has my wife now run on. Even if that is not the best solution for everyone is another great Samsung software in that with one click optimizes all the relevant Windows settings for SSD and firmware upgrades accepts and speed test carried out (if necessary!)
On a fine, all-round solution for simple upgrading to SSD.
The bundled software Norton Ghost is also perfectly suited to move the current system on SSD. Just install the program and then copy the system partition during operation via USB to the SSD. Easy does it not really. Especially Norton Ghost does not fail to system files or otherwise locked files (ntuser.dat !!) when the system is moving.
