I make my own yogurt with a yoghurt maker and mix every time a spoon skim milk powder added to enhance the strength and the taste. The skimmed milk powder is ideally suited for this. The flavor is not distorted and the yogurt is significantly stronger.
One package is sufficient for me in about 2 months if I week producing yogurt itself again.
For the production of yogurt I would like to tell anyone anything, because that has nothing to do with the product but I can the powder very good friend in this regard.
