I come from the Canon Group - previously held the 5D Mark II and the 600D - both great cameras.
The step to Nikon I just made out of interest - and no regrets with the D600.
For dust problem - after about 2500 recordings my sensor is still clean - up should changing, I will add my review comply.
I bought the 50mm 1.8g lens to the camera - this combination is only recommended - they complement each other quite outstanding!
Autofocus seat safely and quickly - even in low light conditions. Unfortunately, the focal areas of the camera are located very centrally - more could you want, you have to D800 or 5D Mark III Change ... to a not insignificant higher price. With a bit of acclimatization and exercise but a well succeed with the central focal areas all shooting situations.
The feel of the camera is quite excellent - right on the weight and feel - you will always enjoy in the hand. All buttons are easily accessible and processed wertig - also it is around dust and splashproof. The ersste Photo Tour in snow showers it has safely survived, although the camera at the end was soaking wet.
The Bilqualität is so far the best thing I could see. And I think, to make progress there, you have to put three times the price on the table.
It is possible to excerpts of the photos to enlarge as much as I have never experienced before - so that open up whole new free parking facilities.
Also the noise performance of the camera is amazing - it is me already uncomfortable to use these superlatives - but here they actually fit. Up to ISO 6400 can shoot quite wonderful photos - then one sees slight grain, but still gets useful photos. Very good work by Nikon.
The colors of the photos look very natural - the dynamics of a skin of the socks - super!
It is great fun prowl with this camera and take pictures.
The Nikon is my new companion for a long time and I am looking forward to having her make great shots.
Update after 3 weeks and about 4000 photos taken:
Also, my camera is now affected by the dust / dirt or problem with the sensor. In f8-16 a black spot in the bottom of the screen clearly bemerktbar made (on a white painted door - for normal photos I would have probably not discovered the stain).
Have the camera today brought to the cleaning at my local dealer who cleans them free as a goodwill gesture.
Nikon has the problem now confirmed and working on a solution.
Since I have never changed the lens, I assume that it is abrasion-dirt inside the camera. Should this be the case, the problem could be he put time in the course. This bestätiten also various video tests have proven that the camera leaves on the sensor 3000-4000 Bilern significantly less stretching.
Mind you - these are all just guesses. I'll keep the camera, because it is very dear to me. I'll keep you up to date, how to proceed with the dirt-issue with me.
