To do this, I just installed the female screw plate on my strap.
This product is compatible with Arca Swiss Latching my Benro, pass the strap to the tripod is a snap, without any disassembly.
The included sole that was not the purpose of my purchase has found a place on my second reflex.
So each of my boxes can pass the strap to the tripod in a snap.
This also avoids leaving the big screw BlackRapid my boxes (which prevents the device to hold it flat on a table).
Positives:
Construction inspires confidence, rather heavy and well rigid.
The screws are firm, finishes appear excellent.
Negative:
The main screw does not have the security system I have on the Benro plateau, which I regret a little.
Thus, the release of the plateau is through a simple unscrewing, without safety stop.
On the Benro, I must first loosen up to a stop, then pull the screw to overcome it until release of the sole.
Although the process is a little longer, it avoids any inadvertent release.
FYI, the tray is released after about 1 1/4 turns.
