The little touches have me but eventually moved to purchase the ME372CG.
Here in a nutshell, what I liked better on ME372CG:
+ No silver "ASUS" lettering on the touchscreen below
+ Loudspeaker top and bottom of the screen and not on the back
+ In white color available, ME175CG unfortunately only in black
What is great on both Tablets:
+ Both Tablets automatically update to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean after initial power.
+ Good size with a handy weight.
+ Battery life in my opinion really good
+ GPS receiver for navigation good
+ Front and rear camera is not outstanding, but certainly for videochat useful
Since I had the opportunity both ASUS Fonepads with a Nexus 7 in 2012 (1st Generation)
compare here the differences that spoke to me for the Fonepad:
First-generation Nexus has no rear-view camera and can not be used as a phone.
