Replaced in my coffee!

I'm probably like many other customers will also very enthusiastic about the organic Matcha. I initially had concerns because of the price when (only !?) 100g of tea, but after the first cup, they were gone again. For about 500ml water you do not even need a full teaspoon of the green powder! I must confess that the first attempt went wrong; the powder lößte evidently not right on ... had firstly taken too much powder and also not stick to the "golden rules" for the Matcha. In Japan the "production" of tea is celebrated and prepared according to ancient rituals (or similar). The water at max. 80C, only a small amount of give to the powder and mix, and use wooden for all a kind of whisk; a normal whisk or even a mixer fulfills the purpose, at least for me already. Not least the tea schmeck me excellent. I like it with a little honey still prefer because it strengthened my opinion the taste of Matcha, or underscores. The built-in pressure-top closure on the bag, the powder must also not transfer to another vessel. Very convenient. The quality of tea seems to be flawless, so I think that nothing's wrong with a 5-star review!
