Nice little kit, maybe a bit complicated for 10 years? The accompanying booklet is interesting and well done, except for the procedures of experiments that could be a little better described. By cons, supplies need to be reviewed, in quantity and quality: - There is not enough paper testers (oils, pH and mineral) for this to become a regular briefcase toy; that is enough only for the first time. - A pod of demineralized water would have been welcome (at least for the first time) - The filter paper is not precut. There are enough, and when it is finished it can be replaced by the coffee filter :-) In short: good value for money, but probably short life (which is not very environmentally friendly), and in my case, supervision by an adult was still necessary, in particular to teach them how to work "properly" in a lab.
