Garmin has released a new firmware version released (3:40).
I had originally awarded only 1 star because the tracks are terribly inaccurate was (more than 30% deviation). But with the new firmware version does the train finally counting.
Swam 68 tracks, spread over several intervals. The track number vote for each interval 100%. Too bad that Garmin has not already done 6 months ago. Here paying customers were apparently used unasked for beta-testing. But good. Any If the track counting now works correctly, so the clock is recommended.
Unfortunately, the recognition of the swimming style is not working still. 8 lanes are Breaststroke than 3 breast, 3 and 2 Freestyle Backstroke (in random order) recorded. 8 tracks Kraul still be recognized correctly. That to me is not so important, are nevertheless a point deduction. Perhaps it is indeed in another 6 months an update which also corrects ...
Conclusion: With current software a super clock if you want to swim laps.
