Product that works perfectly as connection with a TV screen / computer relatively recent. My screen was about 8 years and I could not make it work with. To return, I contacted Amazon by email because the usual procedure of return would not run. I got a call from them as I explained my problem and the necessary has been done on the field. The right back are reached by email me, reimbursement followed and I had confirmation of the arrival of my package at home, congratulations Amazon!
